TOTAL RECIPE TIME: 30 – 40 minutes
STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
STEP 2: Sift the dry ingredients into a medium-sized bowl.
STEP 3: Add the wet ingredients into the same bowl as the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
STEP 4: Pour into an ungreased 9” x 11” baking pan.
STEP 5: Bake at 350°F or 180°C for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
FUN TWISTS TO TRY
• S’Mores- Add large chunks of crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows into the batter.
• Mexican Hot Chocolate – a dash of cayenne and cinnamon into the batter.
• Mocha – add 1-2 tbsp. of ground coffee to the batter. • Crush your favorite nuts or candy bar into the batter.
